TVRA 280 - Special Communications and Broadcasting Technology Assignments

Offered on an individual basis to communication and broadcasting technology majors with advanced standing. Students may extend their studies or specialization within the curriculum. PREREQUISITE(S): Consent of curriculum coordinator and department chairperson. Hours to be assigned by the chairperson. Minimum of 30 hours work per semester hour credit. Formerly TR 280.

Course Outcomes:
Upon course completion, a student will be able to:

Operate professional equipment and computer software in an office environment.
Apply technical skills and/or writing skills in the field of radio or television production for a selected production facility or within Montgomery College.
Demonstrate professional behaviors including punctuality and reliability to a potential employer.
Prepare professional planning materials for selected production facility or for special projects within Montgomery College
